Talk about awkward timing! Nick Lachey and Kelly Ripa dressed up as Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries for Halloween on the Regis and Kelly show today at the same time the story broke that Kim was filing for divorce.   Lachey and Ripa posed for photographers in New York City dressed as the couple on their wedding day which was just 72-days ago.
