Earlier this year, some tabloid revealed this scandalous information: Angelina Jolie still gets along with her ex-husband, Bill Bob Thornton. She actually gets along with both of her exes, BBT and Jonny Lee Miller, by the way – JLM and his wife still come out to support Angelina’s projects whenever they’re all in the same city. Anyway, the tabloids were freaking out because BBT has written a memoir (-ish) and Angelina wrote the foreword to it . Soon after that news came out, the tabloids simply ran several stories claiming that OBVIOUSLY Angelina and BBT are still boning in their leathery sex shack because obviously. OBVS. Anyway, Life & Style has an early excerpt of just what Angelina says in the foreword: They’ve been divorced for nearly 10 years, but Angelina Jolie still has a soft spot for ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton. In Billy Bob’s new book, The Billy Bob Tapes: A Cave Full of Ghosts, which Life & Style has obtained, Angelina pens the foreword and says her former partner “has a big beautiful heart.” But that’s not at all: “He has an unmatchable wit and can make you laugh until your face hurts,” Angie writes. The 36-year-old actress, who got engaged to partner of seven years Brad Pitt in April, gives even more details about Billy Bob’s personality. “To be with him is like being with a mad mathematician,” she adds. “He is constantly counting and repeating.” Along with talking about the things the 56-year-old actor loves and dislikes, Angie admits the world, and she herself, would not be the same without him around. “Some people walk through life able to quiet the voices in their heads. He can’t. And I, and everyone else who knows him well, we love him for it,” she says, ending with, “I know one thing: The world would certainly be a hell of a lot more dull if that man weren’t in it.” Billy recently opened up about his marriage to Angie, calling the failure of their relationship his fault. “I blew it because I didn’t think I was good enough for her,” he said. “She has one way she wanted to live her life and I had another way to live mine, and I was just too insecure.” Billy Bob Thornton and Angie Jolie, who co-starred in the 1999 film Pushing Tin, married in 2000 and were divorced in 2003. Like, it seems like Billy Bob might be frozen in time for her, stuck permanently in 2001, and she barely knows the BBT of 2012. Anyway, that’s just my armchair analysis. I don’t think they’re boning. While backstage during her performance in Tokyo, Japan, Lady Gaga took some time to show off a new rock adorning her left ring finger. Spending some quality time with celebrity photographer Terry Richardson , the mother monster sparked engagement rumors after the photo of her showing off the new bling was released on his site. While in the Japanese town, the 26-year-old performer tweeted, “Yes Tokyo! Tonight was the first BTWBall that I didn’t puke during show. (yes its that hard) xoxoxxxo Love, gaga+terry,” and shared a revealing photo of herself with Richardson. Although there’s been no official confirmation on the pop star’s potential plans to walk down the aisle, rumors sparked that her on-again off-again boyfriend, Taylor Kinney, was shopping for an engagement ring before their most recent break-up. Guess we’ll all just have to wait and see!

George Clooney hosted a fundraiser for the President of the United States last night. Clooney set the scene in his backyard! Clooney served hawt dergs and Britney came over. NO!! It was actually fancier than I’m making it sound. Clooney set up a special tent and Wolfgang Puck catered and all in all, it was the biggest one-night fundraising event in American history . It was $40,000 a plate, and all of the big Hollywood Democrats were there: Barbra Streisand, Robert Downey, Jr., Salma Hayek, Jack Black, Eddie Murphy, Billy Crystal, Barry Diller, Diane Von Furstenberg, Rob Reiner, J.J. Abrams, Tobey Maguire and the mayor of Los Angeles were just some of the guests. Oh, and STACY KEIBLER. Yes, Clooney has not dumped his lady-wrestler. Yet. Stacy was at the event, and Clooney was not ashamed of sharing a little PDA with her: George Clooney sure knows how to throw a bash fit for the Hollywood — and Washington, D.C. — elite. Hosting a $40,000-a-plate fundraiser for President Barack Obama at his Los Angeles home Thursday, Clooney’s guest of honor spent the evening mingling with the actor and 150 other celebs in an effort to raise funds for his re-election campaign. Partying in a tent on Clooney’s basketball court, guests including Tobey Maguire, Barbra Streisand, Salma Hayek and Jack Black dined on a menu crafted by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. Eva Mendes steps out in NYC with Ryan Gosling, ‘the most precious thing to me’

Earlier this week, I covered some new photos of Sienna Miller and her baby-daddy, Tom Sturridge. Tom and Sienna were in Portofino, Italy, in the midst of what I assumed was there “babymoon,” or the holiday that many couples have a few months before the baby is born. I still don’t really know when Sienna is due, but I’m still guessing that it’s probably late June or early July. Anyway, what I didn’t notice about these photos is that there seems to be some alcohol in the mix. The header photo I chose is the best shot I could find from our photo agencies – you can see Tom and Sienna seated at a café, and if you look closely, you can spy a wine bottle and TWO glasses on their table. SCANDAL. Well, you guys thought it was a “scandal” when Uma Thurman was drinking wine while pregnant . How do you feel about it when it’s a former party girl like Sienna? Former party girl Sienna Miller wasn’t about to let a little thing like pregnancy get in the way of enjoying a glass of bubbly. Out for a romantic afternoon with fiancé and dad-to-be Tom Sturridge in Portofino, Italy, the actress was in celebratory spirits as she sipped on a glass of vintage champers. Of course, a friend insists that Sienna got her doctor’s permission before indulging: “Sienna is European and it’s common there for a pregnant woman to have a glass of wine or champagne,” the pal explains. Plus, the friend adds that Sienna was careful only to have a few sips. “She’d never do anything to harm her unborn baby.” [From In Touch Weekly , print edition] Back when we were talking about Uma and preggo wine-drinking, I mentioned my thoughts – basically, I’ve always heard that the odd glass of wine is okay, especially when a woman is in her last trimester. I really don’t think Sienna is guzzling booze non-stop – I think she just has a glass of wine every now and then, and she probably doesn’t think it’s a big deal. But by all means, judge away. This is probably the cutest, sweetest, loveliest photo that exists of Bruce Willis. Bruce’s wife Emma Heming posted on her Twitter. Sidenote: did you know Emma Heming had a Twitter account? I didn’t. Anyway, Emma, Bruce and five-week-old baby girl Mabel Ray are in Budapest while, presumably, Bruce is working on a film. Perhaps it’s A Good Day To Die Hard , yet another Die Hard sequel? Probably. Emma tagged the photo with “A beautiful day in Budapest with the loves of my life. Daddy and Mabel cracking each other up.” So cute. Is that Bruce actually cracking a smile? Is the tough guy showing some vulnerability? Even though some might think Bruce would love a son, I think he’s probably pretty happy with his daughters. Little Mabel Ray is the first child for Bruce and Emma together. Bruce has three adult daughters with Demi Moore, as you know – Rumer, 23, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 18. By most accounts, Bruce is the “stable parent” for those girls. The tabloids even claimed that Scout and Tallulah don’t even have anything to do with Demi at this point, and when they’re in LA, they just stay with their dad permanently. I wonder how the adult girls feel about their newborn half-sister? PS… I’m looking through Emma’s Twitter feed , and it’s kind of interesting. She tweets a lot about her boobs and nursing the baby, but she also retweeted a funny one from Coca Rocha: “No working model is happy for Brad Pitt and his new gig as the `face’ of Chanel No. 5. #ThingsBitterModelsSay” . Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill have shared their entire journey trying to conceive a baby. From their two rounds of unsuccessful IVF, to Giuliana’s cancer diagnosis, to her double mastectomy and reconstruction, to the happy news that they’re expecting via gestational carrier, it’s all been shown on their Style reality show , and used to promote the show in interviews. They even recorded a video message for their future baby and shared it with the public – before they even knew they were having a baby. This is how “open” this couple is, although I believe it’s more about marketing their personal lives. That’s ok, that’s their job as reality stars and I do believe they’ve helped a lot of people by sharing their story. So you’ll excuse me if I call bullsh*t on this claim by Giuliana Rancic that she’s not yet sure whether she’s going to put her soon-to-be-born baby on television. Wasn’t that the whole point of all the lead up? Here’s what she told E! As for her bundle of joy, Rancic won’t reveal the gender but did say that she has started picking out baby names. “It’s not going to be a Hollywood-type, weird name that people can’t pronounce,” she said. “I think it will be traditional but not used frequently.” Rancic also has to decide whether her baby will be featured on her reality show Giuliana & Bill. “We’ve thought about that,” she said. “It’s definitely come up in conversation, and it’s this sort of thing where I think we just need to have the baby first and then figure out is this going to work or not.” [From E! Online ] Maybe I’m being too influenced by E!’s take on Giuliana’s comments, and she’s just saying that it might be a crazy time for them and they’re not sure if they can continue filming right after their baby comes home. I tend to think that they don’t have to think twice about it, and that this is what they’ve been waiting for all along, so of course the child is going to grow up on television. This is what they do, they put their lives on TV and their kid(s) are going to be on TV too. I would like to be wrong, I would like for Giuliana and Bill to put the kibosh on their show and say that they want to focus on their child and on giving him or her a nice, normal life outside of television. Wouldn’t that be something, for a couple to give up fame and cash for the baby they’ve waited and hoped for for years? Yeah, that’s not going to happen. Here’s Giuliana at an event to raise money for prostate and breast cancer research on 5-9-12. She looks unwell, but that may be because we’re not used to seeing her with her hair pulled back.
