The trio, who are also Cannes Film Festival judges, spoke with journalists about this year’s competition, which kicked off yesterday with the star-studded premiere of Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom . Speaking perfect French, Diane bubbled with excitement about the upcoming films while Jean Paul critiqued the red carpet fashion – catch up on all the Cannes Film Festival photos ! Following Diane’s sit down interview she met up with boyfriend Joshua Jackson . Diane changed up her look once again and stepped out in a red dress at a Calvin Klein bash. Marion looked glamorous in a black Christian Dior Couture ball gown after stepping out earlier in the afternoon in a pink dress for a photocall. Eva Longoria , who is attending the festival on behalf of L’Oréal, was also on hand this evening in a sexy white Emilio Pucci following a rooftop photo shoot this morning. Jane Fonda and Freida Pinto rounded out the fashionable red carpet, which is just one of many to come. She posed for photographer Terry Richardson on the beach in Jamaica for the magazine, which hits newsstands May 29. When she’s not traveling for work, Kate’s been sticking close to home in London with her husband Jamie Hince. The couple stepped out earlier this week for a Marie Curie Cancer Care Fundraiser , which was held at Claridge’s hotel. Chris Hemsworth carried his 5-day-old daughter in his arms for a walk around London today. New mom Elsa Pataky was by their side with a whole group of family members. The parents welcomed their first child last Friday, while Chris was busy promoting Snow White and the Huntsman outside of London. He shared his excitement about the arrival on the red carpet at the film’s premiere. Chris said fatherhood is “the most exciting thing” he’s ever done and shared that everyone is doing good. His costars Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron have since moved on to do press in Berlin, but Chris stayed in the UK to spend time with his new family of three. She was joined for the press event at the Ritz-Carlton hotel by her costars Charlize Theron and Sam Claflin, as well as director Rupert Sanders. Their leading man, Chris Hemsworth, wasn’t able to attend since he’s celebrating the birth of daughter India Hemsworth with family and wife Elsa Pataky. Their newborn arrived in the world just last Friday! Germany is the latest stop on Kristen and the gang’s busy European press tour. She arrived on the continent last Wednesday to do a round of interviews in France, then went to England for the world premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman .
