Holding one of the biggest bashes of what’s already been an event-laden weekend, Rolling Stone’s Bacardi Bash: 150 Years of Rocking The Party went down in in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday night (February 4). Held at The Crane Bay, the guest list included “Twilight” actress Nikki Reed and her “American Idol” alum husband Paul McDonald, as well as actresses Alyssa Milano and Anna Faris , who brought her father Jack along for the Super Bowl soiree. With other celebrities turning up including Pete Wentz , Joe Manganiello, Lance Bass and Neon Hitch, partygoers were treated to performances by LMFAO, Lupe Fiasco, Cobra Starship and Gym Class Heroes. Of hosting the elaborate music-focused fete during the NFL Championship weekend, Rolling Stone publisher Matt Mastrangelo said, “In the past probably 10 years, football has become such a big entertainment vehicle. Look at the halftime shows. … Music is now such an important part of football.”

It’s always one of the more well-attended events, and this year was no different as a full slate of stars hit up HBO’s 2012 Golden Globe Awards Afterparty on Sunday night (January 15). Held at Circa 55 Restaurant in Beverly Hills, a handful of “True Blood” castmates including Alexander Skarsgard , Evan Rachel Wood , Joe Manganiello, Ryan Kwanten and Sam Trammell all turned up to party the night away. Other celebrities popping into the Beverly Hilton based eatery included “Modern Family” actress Julie Bowen, “Shame” star Michael Fassbender, along with Golden Globe winners Claire Danes , Laura Dern and Peter Drinklage. Rounding out the HBO guest list were Ewan McGregor with Eve Mavrakis, Tim Robbins, Kate Walsh and Andie MacDowell.

Among the esteemed individuals lined up to receive the prestigious honor, Salma Hayek will be adding the title of “Knight” to her accolades this coming weekend. The 45-year-old Mexican actress has been chosen to receive the Légion d’Honneur on Sunday (January 8), with the announcement having been made during the unveiling of French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s official New Year’s list. As for the ceremony, Miss Hayek will undergo a Presidential medal pinning followed by an Élysées Palace induction taking place sometime within the following two months. The Légion d’Honneur was founded in 1802 by French military and political leader Napoleon Bonaparte while being doted upon “military personnel and civilians for service to France.” Other celebrities having been selected as recipients in the past include Robert DeNiro, Clint Eastwood and Robert Redford.

It that’s time of year again when the celebrities head to Vegas to ring in the New Year, and although Kim Kardashian had a bit of a rough ending to her 2011, her paycheck for a New Year’s Eve gig may lift her spirits. According to new reports, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star will bring in roughly $600,000 to make an appearance at Tao Nightclub at the Venetian. At this point, Kim is the highest paid celebrity heading to Vegas this year – “Black Eyed Peas” Fergie is said to be next in line, as she will earn over $100,000 for a performance at the Mirage Hotel and Casino. Word has it, Ashton Kutcher had several big money offers but declined each one while P. Diddy has decided to throw a private soiree at his home in Miami after not liking the offer from Hyde Lounge at the Bellagio.
