Making a quick outfit change into skinny jeans, flats and a navy blue button up the “13 Going On 30″ actress took some time to relax solo by heading over to a friend’s house in Los Angeles. Switching to career news, the brunette beauty is starring in a new short film titled “Serena” on the newly launched Wigs YouTube channel. A TV producer has bought the famous Hidden Hills estate and decided to demolish it and rebuild a new modern home in it’s place. So what happened to all the pieces of the previous place? Well, it looks like everything will be going to a good cause – as all the remnants including the roof, cabinets and even toilets will be donated to Habitat For Humanity.
