Seemingly just what the doctor ordered, LeAnn Rimes was in recovery mode during a day at the beach in Malibu, CA this weekend (February 4). The 29-year-old “What I Cannot Change” crooner tossed on a skimpy swimsuit as she joined husband Eddie Cibrian and a few friends while on the mend from a minor operation in which she underwent a few days prior. Of her medical procedure, Miss Rimes tweeted in the morning hours, “K, coming clean….I had minor surgery this week and I’ve been in SO much pain it’s not even funny. Nothing major just annoying! Pain pain go away!!!!!! When it’s mouth pain and jaw pain it makes your whole head pound! YUCK” With the warm west coast setting making her feel a bit better, she later wrote during her beach excursion, “The pain is subsiding finally for a moment. My head has been vibrating all day. Maybe the sand under my feet is helping.” Meanwhile, LeAnn also recently shot down rumors claiming that she’s joining the cast of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” as she messaged of the National Enquirer tale, “No, [the rumor is] not even remotely true.”

A few days ago, Radar had an “exclusive” report that water is wet, the sky is blue, and Lindsay Lohan was doing drugs and getting hammered at the Chateau Marmont. Another day, another pathetic display from the Cracken. Many of us had questions about the incident, but not about the veracity of the incident. Our questions were “Why isn’t she being drug tested?” and “Is she doing meth at this point?” and of course, “How is she paying for this?” The last question was particularly relevant given that LL seems to have completely moved out of her Venice Beach condo/crack den and is now back to living full-time at the Marmont. Well, Radar has some answers – the Cracken is NOT paying to live at the Marmont. A “friend” is giving her a room. Lindsay Lohan has ditched her condo in trendy Venice Beach because of security concerns and she is currently residing in a room at the infamous Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles for free, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. The embattled actress,25, moved out of her beach residence because of several stalkers that have attempted to make contact with her. LiLo has an artist friend who bought a room at the Chateau Marmont for a year, and he offered the room to her because he wasn’t using it. “Lindsay is currently living in a room at the Chateau and not in a bungalow. She has a very close friend that is an artist that has a room he occasionally uses at the hotel. He learned that she was moving out of her condo, and he offered her the room because he wasn’t using it. This is a temporary situation for Lindsay right now. Lindsay’s team is currently looking for a new residence in the area that would offer her more security, perhaps a house in a gated community or a condo,” a source close to the actress says. A standard room at the Chateau Marmont boasts 300 square feet, a queen sized bed and the standard rate is $435. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Linds appeared to be under the influence at the hotel on Sunday night. “Lindsay was spotted going to the restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions in a short amount of time,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. “When the two of them emerged from the bathroom, Lindsay was giggling and her nose appeared red. Lindsay was spotted only drinking water in the lounge area, but she appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence. Lindsay’s eyes were glassy and her pupils were constricted.” The actress is currently on probation for her no contest plea in her misdemeanor theft conviction. Judge Stephanie Sautner has ordered Lindsay to complete her court ordered community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue, but LiLo isn’t randomly drug tested. “We are not commenting on Lindsay’s living arrangements,” Steve Honig, Lohan’s rep told us. [From Radar ] If this “artist friend” of Crackie’s is renting the room at the standard nightly rate, the annual cost of housing LL is nearly $160,000. Now, I’m sure that the artist friend is getting some kind of discount, considering he’s renting the room with a year’s advance – but still, you’re talking about six-figures, most likely. What are the chances that the artist friend is a john? What are the chances that the artist friend is a pimp? What are the chances that LL is “working off” the cost of the room in a really sketchy, sad way? UPDATE: There are a few more LL stories this morning, and they don’t deserve another post. First up, X17 & HuffPo claim that LL is dating Henry Hopper, the 21-year-old son of the late Dennis Hopper. They were spotted together on Tuesday at a Venice Beach liquor store “where they fetched a bottle of Grey Goose vodka and Red Bulls… A source also reports that the pair were sharing lovey-dovey kisses while in the vehicle.” However! TMZ reports this: Lindsay Lohan says there’s NO TRUTH to reports she was boozing at a SAG Awards after party this weekend … and now, TMZ has learned, she’s threatening to SUE the media outlets that published the story in the first place. A source close to the actress tells TMZ … Lindsay is already exploring her legal options with her attorneys … because she feels the false stories are sabotaging her effort to save her career. Lindsay acknowledges she WAS at the party at the Chateau Marmot hotel in Hollywood Sunday night … but insists she was sitting with Alan Cummings the whole time and ONLY drank water. We’re told Lindsay’s also pissed over reports about a recent gas station makeout session with Dennis Hopper’s son Henry (pictured above), where she allegedly purchased Red Bull and vodka. The Pretty Reckless rocker tossed on an itsy-bitsy black outfit for the front page while chatting with the UK based publication about her shoe fetish and love of English music and weather. I’m always surprised no one talks about my shoes. I got into heels when I was little, though. There was an inset story on the cover of this week’s OK! about how J.Lo and Marc Anthony might get back together after their very cozy joint appearance promoting their new reality show. OK! claimed that a source told them Jen is “ not nearly as crazy about [Casper] as she was a couple of months ago, he’s half her age and she worries he’s using her for her fame. Add it all up and she’s starting to really open up to the idea of taking Marc back .” So cue the staged photos of Lopez looking loved-up with her douchetastic younger lover , Casper not-so Smart. Kaiser covered those over the weekend and she very aptly summed up the collective response to this relationship: “ Why? The dude isn’t even hot .” (I’m paraphrasing.) We’ve heard other rumors that Lopez is ready to marry Casper, that she wants his babies , and that she’s setting him up with a hefty allowance and a paid (vague) position on Idol. Well in an appearance on The Today Show this morning, (video is below) Lopez got flustered when Matt Lauer asked her about potentially marrying again, saying it was “too fresh,” but she didn’t rule it out. I’m going to include People’s coverage of this, because it’s safe to assume this is straight from Lopez’s camp: “I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know. We’ll see. I mean, I don’t know,” a slightly flustered Lopez, 42, told Matt Lauer on Monday’s Today show when he asked, “Do you think you’ll marry again?” “It’s not time to think about that yet,” she said. “It’s still fresh.” On the topic of appearing with her ex-husband (since last July) Marc Anthony on their new TV show, ¡Q’Viva! The Chosen, Lopez admitted that, given their personal circumstances, it would have been easy to walk away from the show commitment. But, she explained, “Marc and I were friends before we got married. We were friends for years, and we always loved each other. And we always worked together, so it wasn’t an unnatural thing for us to continue working together. And, obviously, we have children together, so it’s not going to be like he’s not in my life. He’s always going to be in my life.” She also conceded that there are uncomfortable moments between them, but said, “There is real love there.” South Beach Fun with Casper Smart On the relationship front, Lopez was seen getting wild with boyfriend Casper Smart on South Beach this weekend. After a marathon two-day photo shoot on Ocean Drive in South Beach for an upcoming Vogue magazine feature, Lopez and Smart, 24, joined Latin crooner Enrique Iglesias and a group of other colleagues for dinner at Casa Tua late Saturday night. “After a festive dinner, she jumped up on the table and performed an impromptu dance in front of Casper, who sat there wide eyed and happy,” a source told PEOPLE. “She was having a blast and looked radiant.” The source added: “The last time I saw Jennifer at Casa Tua, she was with Marc, and neither performer looked happy. I don’t think so, but I’m naive like that. Toward the end of that interview, Lopez laughingly tried to claim that she was trying to give her kids the same kind of upbringing she had except “in a bigger house.” I got a huge kick out of this and I just need to quote her on it: Lauer: They’re privileged. Does that worry you at all? Lopez: I think about it. I loved my upbringing. I’ve tried to give them the same thing, just in a bigger house. The same family, they grew up around their cousins and their aunts, just like I did. The same foods, they eat the same foods I did when I was growing up. You know, I try to just keep what was so good about growing up Puerto Rican in the Bronx, lower middle class family. The same things, the same values that were important to my mom and my dad and what I’ve learned from that upbringing I’ve tried to bring to them. Do you remember that ridiculous baby photo spread she did in People Magazine with the $3,000 stroller? She posed in couture gowns while holding her twins and showed off an elaborate nautical themed nursery with chandeliers. (Marc and J.Lo later sued the stroller company for $30 million for using them in ad campaigns.) Do you remember how her kids fronted a baby Gucci campaign ?! I get what Lopez is saying in theory, but how does that translate in practice actually? Does she deny them anything? Does she teach them that they have more than almost anyone else in the world? What are they learning from going on vacation with mommy’s much younger boyfriend? I would buy these lines coming from Jennifer Garner, but Jennifer Lopez, not so much. Remember back in the day (1996, to be precise) when everyone was awfully surprised that Mark “Marky Mark” Wahlberg wasn’t just a goofy rap star and could actually act? He convincingly showed off his menacing side in Fear before playing a pr0n star in Boogie Nights and then moved onto starring in studio tentpoles and an array of mostly mindless action movies. Well, Justin Bieber has reportedly decided that Mark is a great role model in the career department (as opposed to, say, the talking about 9/11 department). Biebs wants to be the next Marky Mark! In retrospect, this news shouldn’t be too terribly surprising. After all, Mark showed us his Calvins , and Bieber has been showing us his boxer shorts for far too long already. Bieber also already has a wee bit of television experience (most famously getting killed on “CSI”) and has appeared in his own faux-biopic, which I like to call The Origin Story of a Dipsh-t . Now Bieber thinks he has what it takes to buy the rights for a Fear remake and star in it himself. Have mercy: It is no secret that, like many pop stars before him, Justin Bieber has acting aspirations, having already appeared on the TV series “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” and “Cubed.” He also appeared, as himself, in the 2011 concert film Justin Bieber: Never Say Never . [W]e’ve been told that Bieber has been mulling over a number of feature ideas, and instead of looking to someone like Britney Spears for guidance in this department, he is looking to build off the career model of teeny bopper/rapper-turned-Oscar nominated actor Mark Wahlberg, [and it's] Marky Mark’s dark R rated thriller Fear that has caught the attention of Justin Bieber. There are currently no plans to remake Fear , released by Universal Pictures in 1996. But Justin Bieber is rumored to be obsessed with the movie, which finds Mark Wahlberg playing the psychotic boyfriend of Reese Witherspoon, who torments both her and her family. Bieber is said to be eyeing the role in a proposed remake, hoping that it will give his image and career the same edge it gave Mark Wahlberg back in 1996, a time when most thought of the actor as a one hit wonder who would quietly disappear. Mark Wahlberg was 25 at the time he made Fear . Justin Bieber will turn 18 this March. It is believed that Bieber will pursue the rights to remaking Fear , using the film as his launching board into feature film acting. Though, its being speculated that this new Fear will most likely be tamed down for a PG-13 rating, and that it will closely resemble the thrillers and remakes currently being produced by Sony’s Screen Gems division. I’ll be honest here and admit that this movie scared the living crap out of me: If Justin thinks he can pull off a remake and truly be the next Mark Wahlberg, well, good luck to the kid for at least recognizing that his pop star career won’t last forever. Can Bieber actually pull a Wahlberg in terms of acting talent though? I doubt it, but if Biebs wants any shot at all, maybe he ought to bulk up a bit beforehand. Enjoying the southern hemisphere’s summer season, Audrina Patridge was spotted out on the beach in Byron Bay, Australia over the weekend (January 13). The former “Hills” hottie was joined by her boyfriend Corey Bohan, who spent some time showing off his surfing skills while beachgoers and paparazzi looked on. In a recent interview, Audrina shared that it was the cancellation of her reality show that saved her relationship with Bohan. “Filming a reality show really takes a toll on relationships because your mindset is to create good TV. It’s hard on relationships, so after the show, Corey and I really worked on what was going on with us. We spent time together.” As for what’s next, Patridge explained, “I’m back again, refreshed and not burnt out. I know I’ve been kind of laying low lately, but next year I’m really looking forward to working and getting back out there. I have some really great projects I’m working on.”
