After wrapping up work on the set of The Hills earlier in the day, Lauren Conrad headed home to take care of some very crucial trade.

The

22-year-old reality star had to escort her lab/shepherd mix, Chloe, on a trip to the local veterinarian’s office for a puppy check-up.
