For the cover of the magazine, she was decked out in a deep-V jumpsuit. For the accompanying photo spread lensed by Terry Richardson, she wore dark gowns from Anthony Vaccarello, Alexander McQueen , and more. Gwyneth got candid in her interview, making rare comments about her life with husband Chris Martin . She spoke about his being “communicative” and a hands-on dad, even revealing her family secret to maintaining a long marriage. If I’m in L.A. for three days working, then my husband does the school run; it’s always one of us.” On her marriage: “I have little kids in school. I want to maintain my marriage and my family, so I have to be here when he comes home.” On her father’s advice for a good marriage: “My parents were married for 30-something years, and he said [it was] because they never wanted to get divorced at the same time . . . I think you do fall in and out of love and you just keep going, and every time you go through a really difficult phase, you rediscover something new and it just gets better.
