Elin Nordegren had her hands full with gifts this afternoon as she picked up her daughter Sam from preschool in Florida. The presents were likely for Elin and Tiger’s son Charlie, who celebrates his first birthday today! Tiger just might be around to mark the occasion with Charlie, as he’s rumored to have left sex rehab last week
