Yes I believe that Kate cheated first, because she was just calm about the entire gossip of Jon. If you watch the show, its in her nature to completely flip out on everything.
I think Jon is a dumbass and if it weren’t for Kate working her ass off taking care of all those kids and risking her health and lets face it with a sextuplet pregnancy you can die. That man wouldn’t have a clue. Cheating is wrong but marriage is tough and even if she did cheat first cheating back doesnt make anything right. She wrote two books and has taken care of eight kids and if it wasnt for her acting like a bitch on the show it would suck and no one would watch it. So lets move on already!!
